NOAS is pleased to invite you to a seminar on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of our Court Project.
Over the course of ten years, the project has contributed to increased legal certainty for asylum seekers and the review of immigration administration decisions in the courts. The anniversary marks an important milestone – and at the same time provides an opportunity for professional in-depth study, reflection and dialogue about how legal certainty in immigration cases is safeguarded today.
